I won't bore you with the details but I took copious notes whenever Rod had us out on the farm, as he tirelessly explained the detailed mechanics of dairy farming in this part of the world. We even joined his share-milkers - the guys .... There are hundreds of millions of them in NZ. They monopolise ecosystems and strip whole forests of their leaves.
